They are absorbent ovals that you can fold in half longwise (or any way that works for you) and nest between the labia.
You can use them to help direct your flow straight onto the center of your pad, or if that’s a little too much sensory input for you down there during your period, you can place the Petal Power inside your underwear or pad flat to act as extra absorbency and support.
