Our washable pads are available in a wide variety of certified organic cotton and flannel fabrics, and we don’t just mean the top layer either. All interior layers of the pads are composed of certified organic cotton birdseye and certified organic fleece. We are continually scouring the Earth for the best and most exciting fabrics and designs out there, because being organic should never be boring or cost you extra! 

*The backing of our pads is made from nylon waterproof material. While this layer is not organic, it is designed not to come into contact with the skin

Available in a range of absorbencies and sizes, these pads are made with high-quality cotton fabrics chosen for durability, breathability, and performance. Whether you’re looking for everyday protection or heavy-flow support, PIMP pads are created to move with you while reducing waste and supporting a green lifestyle!

All sizes can be made wider by adding a Wing Extender.

Most sizes can be made narrower by adding an optional snap. (Not recommended for Mini Liners or Small Pads)
