Orders are mailed through the US Postal Service in plain shipping boxes with our return address information: Luci Daum Design LLC, not Party In My Pants. Packages do not specify the nature of the business or contents.
All shipments outside of the United States are labeled with a generic description of the contents for customs purposes. ( i.e. “cloth pads made in United States”)

In an effort to save trees, we do not ship an invoice with your purchase. Instead an electronic invoice is emailed to the address you provide at checkout. If you wish to have a paper copy for your records, you may print your electronic invoice or request an invoice be sent with your package.

Attention International Customers:
Some countries charge customs or duties fees upon the package’s arrival in the country. These fees are not from Party in My Pants. Customs or duties fees originate from the recipient’s country taxing the recipient. The recipient of the package is responsible for any customs or duties fees. Party in My Pants is unable to pay the customs or duties fees, and does not have control over them, as they are from the customs department of the other country. Some countries do not charge these fees, and some do. If you are unsure, please familiarize yourself with your country’s policy.
Incorrect Address Policy:
Your package will be sent to the shipping address you entered at checkout. It is your responsibility to verify that this address is correct and contact us immediately if you discover an error. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for lost, refused or undeliverable orders. In some cases, these packages are returned to us, but not always. If your order is returned to us, we will refund or reship your purchase, minus shipping costs—whichever you prefer. You are not eligible for reshipment or refund until the package is returned to us, and you will be required to pay for shipping again if the error is not on our end. Again, you are responsible for providing the correct information so that your order can be processed properly. Thank you.
Lost Package Policy for U.S. orders:
When your package is shipped an e-mail will be sent to the address you provided with your order. This e-mail contains the Delivery Confirmation number for your package and instructions on how to check the status of your package at anytime. If your package does not arrive within 14 business days, please check the Delivery Confirmation status.
If the Delivery Confirmation says that your package has been delivered and you live in an apartment building or shared housing, please check with your neighbors, housemates, or family. It’s possible that your package has been simply misplaced or misdelivered.
If the Delivery Confirmation says that your package is still in transit, please wait the full 14 business days in case your package has been somehow delayed. We consider a packages to be lost if it doesn’t arrive within 6 weeks after shipment (U.S. orders only). In that event, please email us at email@example.com.
Lost Package Policy for International orders:
For international orders, we will not consider a package lost until 4 months have passed since the original shipment date, as international transit times can vary widely. If your package still has not arrived within that time frame, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
