Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped on the next business day, unless there is an unexpected delay, in which case you will be notified.
Orders are mailed through the US Postal Service in plain shipping boxes with our return address information: Luci Daum Design LLC, not Party In My Pants. Packages do not specify the nature of the business or contents. All shipments outside of the United States are labeled with a generic description of the contents for customs purposes. ( i.e. "cloth pads made in United States")
In an effort to save trees, we do not ship an invoice with your purchase. Instead an electronic invoice is emailed to the address you provide at checkout. If you wish to have a paper copy for your records, you may print your electronic invoice or request an invoice be sent with your package at checkout.
The following are Shipping & Handling rates within the United States:
- 1-3 Items: $3.99 for USPS First Class or $5.99 for USPS Priority
- Over 3 Items but under $100: $5.99 USPS Priority
- Over $100: FREE USPS Priority
We also ship all over the world. The following are International Shipping & Handling rates:
- First Class to Mexico or Canada : $5.99
- First Class outside North America: $9.99
- International Priority: $24.99
Please note that the Prim & Proper wash carries a $1.00 shipping surcharge due to its weight.
Attention International Customers: Some orders may be subject to customs or duties fees upon arrival in your country. In most countries these fees are only charged on parcels over a certain value. Normally, only orders valued over 50 US Dollars are subject to customs or duties. However, customs fees in many countries are notoriously inconsistent. You may be charged extra for one parcel but not another. Please keep this in mind when you are placing an international order.
The following are approximate transit times:
- Orders within the United States: approx. 7-14 business days, shipped by United States Postal Service.
- International destinations: approx. 14-28 business days, shipped by Air Mail to destination country.
Lost or Stolen Package Policy:
When your package is shipped an e-mail will be sent to the address you provided with your order. This e-mail contains the Delivery Confirmation number for your package and instructions on how to check the status of your package at anytime. If your package does not arrive within the estimated 7 - 14 business days, please check the Delivery Confirmation status.
If the Delivery Confirmation says that your package has been delivered and you live in an apartment building or shared housing, please check with your neighbors, housemates, or family. It's possible that your package has been simply misplaced or misdelivered.
If the Delivery Confirmation says that your package is still in transit, please wait the full 14 business days in case your package has been somehow delayed. We consider a packages to be lost if it doesn't arrive within 21 business days after shipment. In that event, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss resending or refunding your order.
